Return Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. If you are unsure about the return shipping details, please contact us for guidance.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect it. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges: For a quick resolution, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get what you want in the fastest way possible.

Refund Process: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
