Shipping Policy 

The shipping cost will be displayed as you progress through the purchase process. Please note that once the order is created, it cannot be canceled or modified. Ensure the order details are accurate before proceeding with payment.

We partner with leading carrier DHL for reliable shipping.

For specific countries (Brazil, Mexico, Switzerland, Canada,Israel etc.), customers may be responsible for customs duties, special taxes, and import costs.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment):

• Express Shipping by DHL Worldwide:

  • Europe: 1 working day
  • Rest of the World: 2-4 working days

• Standard Shipping (Free of Cost):

  • UK, Europe: Approximately 5-10 working days
  • Rest of the World: Approximately 10-20 working days

Important Notice: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Late arrivals or before goods are returned (see also Legal, terms and conditions). Contact us before purchase if you need the goods by a specific time.

• If carriers are unable to deliver to the specified shipping address, the package will be left at a Pick Up Point. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up the goods within the required time to avoid additional costs.
